Help for Nina

Ladies and Gentlemen,
My friends asked for help for their daughter  Nina Dimitrievska, who is diagnosed with Paraparesis Spastica and needs surgery in the United States, which includes a mandatory operational rehabilitation of one month, aids she will receive, airplane tickets, visas, accommodation and living expenses in USA, and which without our help are not able to provide them.
