Vacation Brain tumor survivor

Had a mengeomia brain tumor two years ago, which resulted in a 8 hour skull base surgey, now suffering from daily leg weakness, and numbness to my left side, and strengh issues on left side, and balance issues. also cogenitve and speech promblems. Trying to make a friends weeding in March of 2016 in California, mainly gas and food, driving from SD ,with friend, to keep a eye on me. i have a little double vision in my left eye ,not really suppose to drivenight.  Still do cat scans and Mri every 6 months to check on brain condition , as there is a  ten percent chance of regrowth through ones lifetime.    Havent taken a vacation in over a year, with ongoing DR visit and family. Any thing would help,     Thanks to every one who sees this, im not one, to ask very often for money , im on full dissiabilty, which doesnt pay very much, and have lots of doctor bills on top of every thing else, just trying to make a old friend wedding , that i grew up 20 years ago, and havent seen for quite some time. Would make him happy to see some of his old buddys, from back in the day, he doesnt have a lot of his old friend  around any more , he spent a lot time in the army rangers , and doesnt have many of his school friend left. W e are both 53 years young, and  not giving up on life, i plan living a long time , my model, breathe in, breathe out, and just be, smell the air everyday, i ve been given a second chance at life, i am truly bleesed,   thank you to every one, life is a bleessing .
