Please Help Us Get A New Home

My fiance, my disabled daughter, and I are currently staying with my fiances parents who just recieved a notice to vacate because the house is being sold a few days before Christmas. There are a few places available but we don't have the money. Most of our money goes to his parents. Much like this month, they need our daughters entire ssi check to pay the rent and pretty much half if not most of her dads check he gets from work. If we don't, rent won't get paid and we'll have to leave way before the actual 60 day notice ends. We barely have money to feed my child let alone ourselves, pay bills, and save for a new apartment. My daughter has Trisomy 21 (Downs Syndrome), she eats from a g-tube, she wears a helmet, she has to have multiple therapies a week along with multiple doctor appointments every week, she already goes through so much. The last thing I want her to go through is homelessness. She has such specific needs, I'm afraid that if we end up without a home, she'll have to go into the system. Please, we really need help. We just need enough to get into a place, that is all we need.
