Mauno's Funeral Expenses

This past Saturday, September 5th, 2015 my wife, my sister & brother in law lost their first love; their father Mauno Jaimes Alcantara whom was 48 years old at the time. He was always the life of the party. He enjoyed having guests over at his home and when you asked him, “Que llevo?”, he would reply, “Hambre!” He never wanted you to bring anything over. He just wanted to make sure everybody was having a good time, food and beer in hand at all times. That’s just the type of person that he was, hospitable. Mauno was also a very hard working and generous man. I remember him slipping a $100 bill into his grandson’s car seat cup holder and then looking at me and Jeannette and saying, “Esto es para el, no para ustedes”. His love for his children Jeannette, Laura and Juan did not go unheard of within recent years. He always reminded them how much he loved and appreciated them. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
As you can imagine, his unexpected death has caused an emotional and financial strain. As they prepare to lay Mauro to rest, they are kindly seeking financial assistance for his burial expenses. Donations welcomed/needed, and appreciated.
BTW… My son will never see the $100.00
