Save my moms house

My mom passed away. My brother wants to live at my moms house all her bills are coming in and her mortgage payment...we just need the money to pay her mortgage for 4or 5 months and she had credit cards and utilities ...my mom always made sure her bills were paid and she always said if she died her wishes were to have her bills paid...were just trying to save her house ...a year ago my mom was in the hospital for months we remodeled her house ..she really loved her home...so please any help you can give would be appreciated....thank you everybody...
