Will's Recovery Due To An Aneurysm
Friends, we need your help to raise some funds to help Jess and Will through this hard time. Will suffered a seizure and after testing at the hospital it showed that he had also suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm. Due to the severity of the situation he was flown to Bethlehem hospital where he will be a minimum of two weeks, to have surgery to close the aneurysm and monitor the situation for complications. Will works very hard at his job to provide for his wife and three young children so this is not only a traumatic experience for them but financially devastating as this gives them no income until he is healed and released back to work. No donation is to small and we ask along with your donation, to pray for Will and his family. Thank you.
Today marks one month since surgery.
Today was the follow-up with the neurosurgeon.
Today Will was told only 15% of patients with ruptured aneurysms recover with no issues like him.
Today was an amazing relief for everyone.
Another month and he should be cleared for work. 6 month follow up in June for an angiogram.
Thank you all for your continued thoughts, prayers and donations. No words can describe our appreciation and love felt from you all.
Recovery day 14!!! Will is officially at the end of the risk period for spasm and getting transferred from ICU to a regular room! His sodium was a little low this morning but back to an average level. Nurse said they typically want it higher for a person with a bleed so they are continuing a semi salty IV to help continue to boost.
He's getting conflicting stories of discharge so we ask for you all to keep fingers and toes crossed and pray he can be home for Christmas!
