Ivy and Floss’ Vet Bills

I have two 6 yo ferrets called Ivy and Floss. Floss recently fell ill for the second time with the same symptoms - bloated stomach, retching, diarrhoea, in obvious pain and lethargic. After an overnight vet hospital stay, X-Ray and painkillers, I collected a faecal sample and was called this morning by the vet to say that they have a parasite called Cryptosporidium parvum. It’s more common in baby ferrets and they normally get over it themselves as there is no cure! It damages their guts over time and this could have potentially been ongoing for years (despite my sending off of previous faecal samples). However, as my bubbas haven’t gotten over it, it’s likely there’s something else going on. Could be their teeth which are in awful condition (my London vet said nothing could be done for their bad teeth and I stupidly trusted their advice, turns out they are not too old for treatment and really need it) or could be something more sinister.For teeth, it’s £200-400 per ferret, this will be necessary at some point regardlessFor further investigations (bloods and imaging) it’ll be £1-1.2k per ferret, though as it’s likely the same cause per ferret we could do this on one and see if the treatment for this outcome sorts out both.

And I don’t start my job for another week, paid in a month at the earliest and I have many people I owe money to. So basically, I need a money tree.I don’t want to ask for money, I hate to ask, it makes me feel awful and sick but all receipts will be provided.
My parents already paid for over £300 worth of treatment just two weeks ago (the overnight stay as such mentioned above) and they can’t help out any more either.

I am aiming to raise the money for half their dental bills if possible, to see if this is the cause then proceed from there, I believe this is the most realistic and economical way to do things.
