Ayudenos A Sanar El Corazón De José

Mi nombre es Moraima Jeaneth Gomez Sanabria y les escribo esta historia desde Toronto, Canada.

Les presento a José del Carmen Gomez Bautista, mi amado padre, y el motivo de esta campaña.

Quienes lo conocen saben que es un excelente padre y abuelo, trabajador, luchador, serio pero noble y bueno como el pan dulce.

A finales del mes de Octubre del 2018, luego de sentirse indispuesto y acudir a un centro de salud, mi padre presento el siguiente diagnostico:

1- Emergencia hipertensiva complicada con Imcest de cara inferior fuera de Ventana para trombolisis.
2- HTA de reciente diagnostico.
3- Miocardiopatia Hipertrófica.
Por lo que amerita a la brevedad la realización de ANGIOGRAFIA CORONARIA CON PROBABLE ANGIOPLASTIA.


Los fondos recaudados serán utilizados en la realización de la ANGIOGRAFIA CORONARIA a mi padre, y demás gastos médicos (pre y post operatorio) relacionados con dicho proceso, el cual sera realizado en la ciudad de San Cristóbal, Estado Táchira, VENEZUELA.

Para mi es de suma importancia que mi papá se realice el procedimiento quirúrgico y así pueda tener mejor calidad de vida y aminore los riesgos de repetir el cuadro expuesto en el Segundo párrafo.

Muchas gracias a todos por su colaboración, para mi es súper importante que mi padre se recupere pronto para que pueda conocer a sus nietos mas pequeños que viven fuera de Venezuela.

Hoy 25 de enero del 2019, actualizo los acontecimientos ocurridos con mi padre:

El lunes 21 de enero se le realizo a mi padre la ANGIOGRAFIA CORONARIA, en la Clínica Metropolitana del Norte en Valencia Edo Carabobo Venezuela, este proceso en un principio se iba a realizar en la ciudad de San Cristóbal, pero por motivos logísticos mi padre no se pudo trasladar a dicha entidad.

Dicho procedimiento dio como conclusión:
CORONOGRAFIA: Lesión Triarterial.

Debido a esto mi padre debe someterse a un BYPASS CORONARIO TRIPLE ya que deben ser sustituidas tres válvulas. Este procedimiento será realizado en la Clínica Metropolitana del Norte por el Dr. Máximo Cosimo Guida Lanni (Cirujano Cardio Vascular).

Motivado a esto, nos vemos en la necesidad de acudir nuevamente a Udes para pedir su colaboración en la recaudación de dinero para que mi padre José del Carmen Gómez Bautista, pueda realizarse dicha cirugía y así obtener mejor calidad de vida y disminuir el riesgo de sufrir un nuevo infarto.

El dinero recaudado con anterioridad en esta campaña ha sido utilizado en el pago de la ANGIOGRAFIA CORONARIA, medicamentos que debe tomar mi padre, exámenes de laboratorio preoperatorios, compra del Contras utilizado en la ANGIOGRAFIA CORONARIA, consulta medica con el cardiólogo.

My name is Moraima Jeaneth Gomez Sanabria and I'm writing this story from Toronto, Canada.
I present to you José del Carmen Gomez Bautista, my beloved father, and the motive of this campaign.
Those who know him know that he is an excellent father and grandfather, hardworking, feisty, serious but noble and good as sweet bread.
At the end of October 2018, after feeling indisposed and attending a health center, my father presented the following diagnosis:

1-complicated hypertensive emergency with Imcest of lower face outside of window for thrombolysis. 2-HTA recently diagnosed. 3-hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Therefore it deserves as soon as possible the realization of coronary angiography with PROBABLE angioplasty.

The funds collected will be used in the realization of the coronary angiography to my father, and other medical expenses (pre and post-op) related to this process, which shall be carried out in the city of San Cristóbal, Estado Táchira, VENEZUELA.

For me it is of paramount importance that my dad performs the surgical procedure and so can have better quality of life and lessen the risks of repeating the table in the second paragraph.
At heart I appreciate the collaboration that we can provide, if you can not monetary, share my link to reach more people who can collaborate in one way or another.

Today, January 25th, 2019, I update the events that happened with my father:

On Monday 21 January was made to my father coronary angiography, in the Metropolitan Clinic of the north in Valencia Edo Carabobo Venezuela, this process was initially going to take place in the city of San Cristóbal, but for logistical reasons my father could not traslad Ar to that entity.
This procedure gave the conclusion:
CORONOGRAFIA: triarterial lesion.
Because of this my father should undergo a TRIPLE coronary BYPASS because three valves must be replaced. This procedure will be performed at the Northern Metropolitan Clinic by Dr. Máximo Cosimo Guida Lanni (Cardio Vascular surgeon).
Motivated to this, we see in the need to go again to PCs to ask for their collaboration in the collection of money for my Father José del Carmen Gómez Bautista, can perform such surgery and thus obtain better quality of life and reduce the risk of suffering a n EW heart attack.
The money raised earlier in this campaign has been used in the payment of coronary angiography, medications to be taken by my father, preoperative laboratory tests, purchase of the cons used in coronary angiography, medical consultation with Cardiologist.
