It's All Gone

You know how they say don't put all of your eggs into one basket? That's never been more true for me than right now. My name is David and I'm a welder. I had a decent home, beautiful girlfriend whom I spent ten awesome years with and an amazing six year old son who looks up to me like a super hero. I took a break from work earlier this year to help with my child while my girlfriend started a new career she had been in school for two years to attain. Everything was moving forward and going great. Then she got pregnant with our second child. As I tried to get back to work, nothing. Suddenly no one was hiring. Bills began to stack up, and she decided she didn't want the baby. She left me, demanded I leave. I'm currently seeking work but I have no car, no reliable friends, and the worst part, I haven't been able to see my child in over a month. My entire life has been ripped out from underneath me. I need help, from anyone, any amount. What's the money going towards? I need transportation so I can get to where the jobs are. So I can go see my child who now lives three hours away. I don't use drugs, I only drink on special occasions, and all I want is to be Mobile, to work, and to provide for my son. I've applied for loans, but seeing how I don't have the 9-5 pay stubs anymore I don't qualify, even with my outstanding credit score. Every dollar helps and only goes towards getting on the road.
