Becks & Shell Half Marathon

We are putting ourselves through this grueling 21k challenge, to raise money for a fantastic charity close to our hearts and especially Shells and her family. The children's hospital helps thousands of children every year, without there help many families would be without there loved ones today. Michelle and Lee are one of these family's that would of lost there son Coby if it wasn't for the children's hospital and there dedicated staff. Coby was born with a rare genetic disorder call Neonatel Cushings McCune Albright Syndrome. Coby has a life threatening illness and relies on medicines to keep him alive today, and continued surgery through out his life to help support his weak bones that are prone to fracture. Coby is alive today because of the hospitals amazing work and continued support. Everyone that knows him knows he has the biggest smile, and the largest heart and his personality lights up a room. As well as looking after thousands of children every day, Manchester childrens hospital are raising money for a MRI Scanner which will help save so many children's lives. Please help us to raise money for this and to continue the hospitals great work and hopefully one day find a cure for the illnesses they treat every day.
