I work to reduce cognitive challenges or brain injuries from affecting the lives of our future adults. There has been a decreased over the last 20 years of 19% ($44 million), but I would like to see an additional 50% decrease in next 10 years. Could you ensure others make smart decisions about wearing helmets, when on bikes, ATV's, etc.?
