We Miss You, Rob.

Too often the trials and struggles of everyday life prevent us from taking in the moments, and drawing life from them. Sometimes we need a certain kind of loved one to shake us from our fog, and let joy reign; if only for a moment.
That was Rob Olson.
He had a bizarre sense of humor matched with a full heart, and the combination brightened up the lives of those fortunate enough to stand in his shine.
We all have our Rob stories.
Some had the privilege to serve with him; others rocked out as band mates or fans. We all arrived in Rob's life our own way, and we benefited greatly from knowing him. He was beloved; a genuine friend, and we are utterly shattered by his recent passing. Many of us are leaning on each other to get through this, sharing our Rob stories as we wrap our minds around the impossible idea that he is gone.
Rob always had the ability to bring people together, and in this moment, we need to support each other more than ever. The world is a little darker, and we need to help each other find the light again.
We ask that you share your Rob stories. They still have so much power to bring joy.
We are also asking for assistance with his final expenses. So many people have shown up to support and help in any way possible, and lightening the financial burden to his closest loved ones will help immensely as they mourn.
Most of all, we ask that you help us carry on his legacy by trying to bring a little more shine into the world yourself. If we are all candles lighting up the night, Rob was a bonfire. We all need to burn a little brighter now.

All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to helping Michele and Rob’s family with funeral expenses, as well as such things as mortgage, utilities, etc. Thank you all in advance.
