It is our goal to raise funds to cover Justin’s funeral and burial and as well as raise mental health awareness; to help remove the stigma associated with mental illness; to raise the level of knowledge and compassion of law enforcement  when encountering and recognizing person with Disabilities; and to review and revise the level of force used to reasonably  de-escalate a situation rather than resort to the USE OF DEADLY FORCE .
