My cousin Carolina Monsanto was a victim of a shooting that occurred in Allentown, Pennsylvania on July 31, 2018. Carolina was a young beautiful soul with a vibrant personality. She was loved by so many people. She was an ambitious young lady with plans of being a nurse some day and helping others. All funds are going to Carolina’s family for funeral expenses.
