Rose Parade 2019, BEG ACQ

Banda Escolar de Guayanilla (The Marching Band of Puerto Rico), has been invited to Rose Parade presented by Honda, this 2019. An unexpected event destroyed everything we had, it left an unprecedented tragedy never seen before: hurricane Irma and hurricane Maria, two category 5 hurricanes came and completely destroyed our small town of Guayanilla. Our band is recognized globally, specially being the first latin-american band invited to Pasadena California Rose Parade. Before the hurricanes came we accepted the challenge. After the events we lost a lot of hope because of our economic state, the founds we need are a lot, from the instruments we need to repair, our class room is completely destroyed, the amount of founds we need are a lot and alone, we cant do it. Some of our students lost their houses due to the fact that we battled with two category 5 hurricanes, their parents and students are trying their best and working non stop. Any donation will help to make our dreams come true. We want to represent our island with PRIDE. We want to show that Puerto Rico can stand up, nothing will defeat us!
