Help Sean live a soccer dream!
Sean was chosen at the end of a Barcelona FC training camp as one of the top elite players and invited to play in the 2018 FCB Escola Tournament. The tournament is being held in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic in December. This is a potentially a once-in-a-lifetime experience and one Sean has really earned through hard work, dedication, commitment and attitude.
Unfortunately, life throws you curve balls. Right after we used our credit card to confirm Sean’s spot, Ian was laid off unexpectedly, cutting off our household income. A week after that we learned that our beloved dog had leukemia. Sadly, despite aggressive treatment, we lost Stryker on October 22nd.
You can’t take anything for granted and we realize more than ever that this is an amazing soccer opportunity for Sean. We will make this work! Despite initial unease about asking for charity we were persuaded to start this Go Fund Me campaign. Any and all donations are very much appreciated as we know you work hard for your money.
