The Next Level
If I received one dollar every time someone asked “Did you sue?”
I could get it done. I refer to this as the Next Level because the “first level” can be considered standing up for your rights at the street level; what I’m seeking to do now is to enforce those rights, which is the Next Level. One might say at the judicial level.
Why this Next Level?
I will give you a very simple example of why this Next Level is needed, and why it may be relevant to you.
Let’s say you are unfortunate enough to come across some ball busting P.O.S. with a badge, seeking to meet his master’s quota. He unlawfully stops you; unlawfully detains you; and then goes on a 20 minute unlawful fishing expedition before he discovers that you are of no value to him (no drugs; weapons; or other contraband found).
You are left feeling violated, and believing that you really don’t have a true solution that is short of finding that scumbag outside of the entrance door to his dwelling; as you may wish to have a personal conversation with the psychopath in his living room in front of his children, but that type of redress may not be worth it to you for the violation that you have suffered.
So you seek an Attorney to file a federal lawsuit on your behalf. This quest in and of itself can leave you feeling even more vulnerable and violated when you discover that Attorneys don’t actually look at these situations in terms of “right and wrong”, or even in terms of violations of law; that is not their primary consideration. In short: they are only looking at numbers; and the easy numbers at that. If it’s not evident on the surface, they are not looking any deeper.
You need serious physical injury, or death for most Attorneys to even consider filing a claim on something like the situation I’ve cited. Even if one does file a claim in your name, it’s likely that the incident will begin fading from your recollection by the time the wheels of justice begin to even squeak. Then, if you’re lucky, you’ll walk away with pocket-change and the very clear message that no one really gives a fuck that you were intentionally violated by one of their “Good Guys”.
This Next Level process returns all of the power back to We The People where it originated, and where it belongs. What would you do if you had a magic wand that could cover a cop; a judge; a commissioner; and other officials in pure undeniable liability; liability that they could not shake; liability that no judge could remove or adjust; and liability that does not require the findings of a jury? But more importantly, a remedy that you won’t have to beg an attorney to seek for you.
By now you have seen at least a few of my videos. I could have produced “instructional” know-your-rights type videos telling the People that they could refuse to present an identification card to law enforcement officers; or to refuse to answer questions of law enforcement officers; or otherwise to not bow to a cop as one’s master. But instead I have demonstrated it through my own interactions with law enforcement officers.
Although it was never my intent to create that body of work; it was the organic byproduct of the unlawful practices of law enforcement that we now see all over America.
In other words: It’s one thing to tell you what you can do in theory, it’s something else to actually do it, and then show others that they can do it too; and I know that my videos have inspired many others all over America to stand their ground by standing on the law.
Well, this Next Level is also my doing it, and then showing it to you. However, this part of the revolution will not be televised....at least not in videos on YouTube.
On this level there isn’t likely to be any inflammatory, or coarse language to witness on video, but instead there will be some very serious documents moving back and forth between myself and “government”. Documents that I’m fairly certain will resonate far deeper with those psychopaths than any video ever could.
This process entails a fair amount of mailing, I estimate my initial cost to be around $300.00, with a subsequent court filing fee of about $400.00, that $700.00 right there but I believe the total will be closer to $800.00. That is why I’m speaking to you now.
The number of subscribers on my YouTube channel number over 20,000; the number of “likes” on my Facebook Page number over 300. My guess, and this is just a guess, is that I have enough supporters between the two platforms to fund this endeavor.
In return for this support I am offering a detailed look at exactly what happens: the documents that I create; how I used those documents; their documents that respond to my documents; and a complete explanation of the process (what worked; what did not work; turnaround time; etc.) at the conclusion of the process. I actually promised this to you a few years ago without disclosing exactly what it was, or how it would work.
So I’ve created this GoFundMe campaign with a goal of $1,000.00. I would like to have the first mailing, which is of a document that is about 10,000 words in length not including its supporting documentation, and being sent to more than one dozen entities via certified mail, printed and in the mail by July 25th, 2018.
Regardless of how successful or unsuccessful this may be, I will share it in its entirety with all who donate $10.00 an above, provided this campaign reaches its goal.
