Please help me and my girl

As most of my close friends know, me and my girl were hit by a car on PURPOSE! We both are going to be out of work for a while and have 3 teenage kids in the house! I am trying tk whatever i possibly can to help support her and her kids during this time and am going to get an attorney to sue the man that hit us, but am looking at losing our apartment and everything we own, and being stuck on the streets homeless because of this! Any help at all will be greatly appreciated, as well as any prayers! I hate asking for help and never do, but being in the situation that we are now in, i have no options!
