On May 1, 2018. Katja was diagnosed with non-small cell adenocarcinoma, a type of lung cancer. Katja and her family lost her mother Gunilla to the same lung cancer in February 2016. Please feel free to share the link to this site and/or Katja's contact information with anyone who asks.

1) spend time with us!
2) purchase gift cards for Uber rides for Katja's children who live in a different city. Anton and Elsa do not have a car and taking public transit and/or Uber is a financial hardship for them as they are young adults with low-paying jobs. 3) Take a look at the "Ways to Help" section to see what we need; this could be rides to and from appointments, dog walking, meals, and the like. This section will be updated as we go along.
