My partner's stomach surgery

I'm Gemma. I had a "commitment ceremony" with the love of my life (Kitty) back in 2007.
Since then, we have had two beautiful children together with the help of IVF. 

After an emergancy ceasarean, Kitty has been left with a numbness from her belly button down to her bikini line. This  causes her constant nausa whenever anything is touching that area - especially clothing. She also suffers from constant infections under her stomach and because she cannot feel them they get can get quite infected.
The docter said a "tummy tuck" would be the best solution and so did a number of specalists. We were also told that because she was not getting done for cosmetic reasons, she would be able to be covered by the government medicare system. 
Kitty was then placed on the waiting list. Now, 7 years later the government has removed all tummy tuck surgery from their funding list. This means, even though she is not getting it for cosmetic purposes, she can no longer be supported by the government. 

With two childen who are on constant medication (our son who is ADHD/ADD and ODD, and our daughter who has a perment lung condition) we have no chance at saving for her required surgery that she so despertely needs.

Kitty suffers daily from discomfort, nausea and even pain deep in the muscle tissues. 
I cannot stand to watch her suffer any longer and am reaching out for help. She doesn't know I am doing this as I am hoping it will be a surprise for her.
