Our dear son/brother/grandson/ nephew/ friend Jeremy passed away suddenly on July 31st,  2015. The passing of Jeremy has left everyone who knew him heartbroken. Our love and thoughts are with his family; Lisa, Ken and Shonny. We cannot imagine your heartache in losing Jeremy, he was loved by all who knew him. This fund has been set up in the hopes of helping to offset the costs of a celebration of life and memoriam for Jeremy. Any and all contributions are welcome and beyond appreciated. While it isn't much, we would like to do all that we can to support the Martin's through this difficult and tragic time.
