Former Scoutmaster and District chair of Orange Frontier, James W Payne I I, was it admitted to the hospital on May 22, 2018 with a severe spinal stroke, and is presently paralyzed. He will Not be able to work anytime soon. The family could use financial help for hospital bill and daily living expenses.
