The Salvi Vegan Campaign

 My name is Norma Pérez also known as The Salvi Vegan. I have started this campaign to help me in aid of creating delicious, plant-based, Salvadoran food for pop-ups. After an unexpected ending of my initial career I saw there was a lack of Central American vegan food at least in the sense of an establishment being completely vegan, fully and only Salvadoran. With this being said, especially with a lack of stable financial, it's een more difficult to keep up with everything needed to continue consistently.  This financial help would go into helping pay for equipment, ingredients, licensing, permits, trademark, transportation, rentals, pretty much everything I would need to consistently do pop-ups. I want to start small because eventually a food truck and or a restaurant would be the end vision. There is so much I am envisioning for this dream but it cannot happen soon without your help. Many have kept asking when I am doing my next pop-up but unfortunately I have had to postpone until I have secured more income. Like many people today struggling financially, I have come here to ask for your help. With your help and contribution, I can make this dream come true and share with all of you this vegan food of "Mi Pulgarcito".
