(I used an old page from before instead of setting up a new one, that’s why the donations are from so long ago)
My boys start school on the 29th, and I’m not going to be able to get them school clothes, and supplies. I did have enough to get shoes for them though because of help from the most amazing woman I know, Kathie Reese Normally I would just have them re-wear clothes from last year, but they aren’t fitting. I’ve passed down some things from Kay Kay to Jay Jay, but it’s not even close to enough to make it through the year. As some of you know, I was out of work for approximately 2.5 months. I fell behind on everything.... electric bill, car payments, car insurance, you name it. Now, because I’m trying to catch up, it’s leaving very little extra to get my boys the things they need. I feel like the worst mother ever, especially because my mom was the greatest mom in the whole world, and she would have done anything in her power to make sure my boys never want for anything. But, As many of you know, both of my parents have passed, and I don’t have much extended family, sooo that means not very many people to ask for help. So, I came here to ask for help, and what a humbling experience it has been. With that being said, any little bit helps. 2 dollars buys a pack of pencils!! Thank you for reading, and just know that I appreciate everything.
