Gilgamesh's hip replacements

Meet Gilgamesh. A 11 month old Golden Retriever who was just diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia. He is a happy pup, and a really good boy. His hips slow him down though. A hip replacement seems to be our best bet for him, though of course money is an issue. It will be costly just for his x-ray, let alone a surgery to keep him active, happy, and out of pain. And to keep up with his brother who always seems to outrun the poor guy. He is my fur baby, they both are. And I need Gilgamesh to be a heathly dog that can comfortable live a long happy life.
