Nhi’Jhan Anthony 4 Years Old Drowns

My 4 year old autistic son drowned in our neighbors pool. The gate was open and the pool was not covered. The water was dirty and you couldn’t see anything in it. He leaves behind his Mother and Father 4 brothers and 5 sisters.
