Surprise! Its Brain Cancer.

This go fund me is for my brother in-law Andrew Lotocki. Andrew had just gotten married in September 2017, and works as a postal carrier for USPS. Andrew suddenly passed out at work on February 27, 2018 and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. He was diagnosed with anaplastic oligodendroglioma grade 3. This was quite a surprise as Andrew never had any headaches, or prior warning that something was wrong neurologically. He required surgery to remove the tumor on March 1. After coming home on March 6, he was rushed back to the hospital two days later and required a second brain surgery to resolve a blood clot. Anaplastic oligodendroglioma is a very rare form of brain cancer where the reported prevalence is approximately 1/300,000. Currently Andrew is recieving chemotherapy and radiation treatment. Unfortunately even if he does not have a tumor, he will require MRIs every 6 months for the rest of his life (to monitor any new growth), since these tumors can grow back at any time. Andrew is unable to work for the foreseeable future. This go fund me is to help pay for his medical and daily living expenses which are accruing.
