Oliver, my peace loving, laid back, go with the flow hippie kitty. Love of my life... One of three.
Oliver was admitted yesterday to the animal hospital with severe constipation, upon viewing the X-ray, Oliver's doctor found that it was a lot more sever than he anticipated, and that Oliver is a pretty sick kitty. Though never showing any signs of his issue, Oliver remained himself at home. Eating, drinking, playing, and loving, I had NO idea of what was going on internally.

The circled area is built up solid waste, deadly if untreated. His current treatment includes boosting his hydration in hopes of softening the stool, and an enema. If the first round doesn't work, they will continue fluids and try a second enema. This is what the dr is planning on as the waste is so large and so solid. But if this doesn't work, then next step is to sedate and manually go in and digitally break it up. The dr did say if the three previous attempts fail, the final option would be surgically removing the blockage.
I truly hate to ask, and a million apologies, but I am desperate. I have put down a deposit on Oliver's medical expenses, but the $700 covers the remainder of the bill (only if the first two attempts are successful) and this sites fees. The vet doesn't not do payment plans so the balance must be paid in full in order to bring him home.
Any donation is welcomed, and greatly appreciated. ❤️
A million thanks to you all!!!
Blessings,
Benjamen
