life changing health crisis

On August 17th I was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy. On Aug 25th, I suffered a stroke due to poor heart function. I have been unable to return to work and have been told by my cardiologist that a return date is unknown at this time.

I have been seen in the ER 5 times and admitted to the hospital 3 times due to this condition. I will be having heart surgery next month. My future is uncertain at this time.

Due to my condition and inability to work, I have acccrued unexpected medical expenses and difficulty with living expenses.
