Get my business back

I fell on financial hardships over the last several years... In 2011 my wife had a football size mass on her lung. She was on life support for 9 days and had to learn how to walk again. Fast forward to today... She is better now, but we are still fighting for her disability benefits. We have had to use up all of our savings and I have lost a lot of my tools when our home foreclosed a year and a half ago. I am finally ready to start the process of climbing the ladder for my own business.  Please help if you can.  I WILL do this (on my own if necessary), but I really need some help.  I need to acquire some specialty tools and equipment to get going again...
