My name is Tracey, 33 I have a fiance Steven, son kieran 7 and a baby on the way. Unfortunately I have been given devestating news that my breast cancer has spread to my central nervous system and I may only have months to live. I'm going to try chemotherapy treatment on I hope I can stay here much longer. We always wanted to get married and we would still like to achieve this before I go.
