Mats 4 Mindfulness

Mats 4 Mindfulness serves communities by visiting shelters, schools, and community center to bring yoga, meditation, and healing practices into the world. We teach and offer our services at no charge.

$25 provides a new yoga mat, block, and strap to each participant.
