car accident recovery

Tuesday night, i was on my way home, like it was any other night. when i approached Sabel palm rd while heading north on collier, i noticed a white Jeepish suv was pulling out onto southbound Collier from Sabal Palm Road. She didn’t see the median, and jumped it into oncoming southbound traffic. That’s when the other two trucks tried to avoid her and the truck came over the median into oncoming northbound traffic and hit me head on. Going 60 mph.
All I remember is seeing the two headlights through my drivers door window from that truck coming right at me. It was so fast. i heard a voice in my head yell "TURN!" i turned towards the truck, I braced and hit head on. When I woke up my head was in the airbag. My windshield and whole car was crushed in around me. I crawled out through the passenger door through all of the glass. I was hauled out on a stretcher and rushed to NCH down town. I’m lucky to be alive.
the seatbelt caused severe hemotoma. i have 25lbs of fluid and swelling.
Broken forearm and wrist 
Broken knee (chip)
Collarbone
And severe bruising across my abdomen, chest and neck. Everywhere the seatbelt was.
i am a waitress who is missing out on season. this is when i make the money to last all year. 
to top it off the person at fault has florida minimum 10,000/20,000 which won't cover my car or medical bills. 
i just spent my last $1000 on surgery downpayment so i have no money for bills. 
please help.
