Help me have a place to live!

As of September 1, 2015, I will have been without a home for one year. I have an opportunity to sublet a home for the month of September, which I desperately need. My biggest joy in life is helping to take care of my eight year old granddaughter, which I cannot do while living in a tent. I am also having a lot of trouble with getting much-needed medical care, as it is all-consuming to be without shelter. I am hoping to move in with family in October so I am only asking for help for this one month. It is so hard to ask for help, but I can't go on like this. Thank you for reading.
