Let’s help Anthony graduate

My name is Robert and I am a retired teacher in Rancho Cucamonga, California. I am asking the community for help in supporting a student of mine. His name is Anthony Nunez and he is currently a senior trying to graduate high school in May 2018.
He is a great young man who is very hard working, caring, smart, and articulate. Anthony and his mother have run into some bad luck, with his mom losing her job and now they have been living in dingy motels for the last four and a half months. This environment has been difficult for Anthony and his mother. Their rent is up at the end of January and if they don't come up with the rent I don’t know where he is going to live.
What I’m hoping for with this campaign is to raise enough money so that Anthony and his mother can get out of the motel and into a stable and healthy living environment possibly a boarding situation.
He is doing odd jobs trying to make money, but it’s been very difficult to do this while still in school.
I am hoping that we can raise enough money to cover rent for the next four-five months so he can focus on his studies and graduate this year and then attend college or trade school. Anthony is the type of person who when he puts his mind to something he does it.
Anthony has been tempted to quit school and I have encouraged him to continue, so he can receive his high school diploma. I am hoping that we can raise enough money so he will not have to quit and achieve his goals.
I hope you can find it in your heart to donate. Any amount will be greatly appreciated. Let’s make this happen for Anthony and allow him to reach his potential and be successful at what ever he chooses to do in the future. He just needs a chance. Thank you for your consideration.
