On December 1st 2017 at about 8:47am, my children Joseph and Liana Kolosov where on their way to school with their friend Daniel Sharuk and were involved in a horrible collision on their way to school. We are not 100% sure how this all happened, and will update when we do.
What we do know:
First responders were there within minutes. Dan lost consciousness upon impact. Joseph and Dan were rushed to Mercy San Juan and Liana was taken to Sutter Roseville.
Below is a message from Mila Kolosov, mother of Joseph and Liana:
“On that day my husband got a phone call from an unknown person. That person saw the accident and stopped to help them out. Thats where he got my husband phone number. He told my husband that our kids were involved in a crash. Me and my husband got in the car and drove to the spot as close as possible, since there was big traffic already, we left the car on the street and started running towards the spot. As soon as we got there Daniel (the driver) wasn’t there already. We saw the mess and Joseph was on the ground already and services was taking them to ambulance. Then I saw Liana stuck in the car, screaming and yelling from the pain. They were cutting the car to get her out. Joseph was taking to Mercy Sun Juan and I took a ride with Liana to Sutter Health.”
