A new vehicle for our family

Our 1995 Explorer XLT was STOLEN last night (1/16/2018) between 3:30am-6:15am this morning. It has Disabled Plates on it. It has our kids car seats, stroller, and all our tools were in the back because we just put an different rear hatch on it yesterday. The new hatch is dark green and still has yellow writing on it from Pull N Save.
With 3 disabled people in our home, we have to have a way to get around. My fiance can not walk to a bus or stand for long. My daughter is so small she can not regulate her body temp so it is dangerous for her to be out in the cold. Im trying to get my training done so that i can get a job as a Home Health Aid but i have to go to class's and no way to get there now. Our ADHD daughter has speech, therapy, programs and school.
