My name is Adam Cornelius, I am an owner operator (truck driver) in the springfield ma area.
We are putting together a 26' box truck of donated goods to bring down to help flood victims in the houston area. I am hoping to raise enough money to help cover the fuel, toll and rental cost. Also to help fill this trailer with needed items such as water, bedding,tolietries, socks, toilet paper, etc. We will be loading this trailer sept 17th and I will be leaving monday the 18th.
26'= 1,700 cu ft of fillable space
rental-$ 1,634.98
fuel- estimated 7-800$
I got the fuel estimate by dividing miles by estimated fuel milege at 7.5mi to the gal then multiplying by $3.00 per gal wich may be a little lower up north but much higher down south
Regardless these people are in need of basic things and we together can help provide many people with a few comforts in this trying time, thank you all so much for your amazing support and generosity!!
