Windermere Fire Relief and Aid

My name is Nedra Lukas and I live in Edmonton, Alberta. I've created this page for anyone who would like to make monetary donations to the survivors of the windermere house fire that happened early morning on Tuesday, August 22nd. The house has been demolished and no personal belongings were recovered. The victims have lost absolutely everything; they are all starting their lives over from scratch. I'm personally very close with the single mother of two young children, Candace, who all narrowly escaped out of the basement window. Unfortunately they had just moved in and did not have renters insurance put in place yet. I cannot speak for the other residents regarding this. I will be distributing these funds I receive here to all the survivors evenly via e-transfer or cheque, which will be used by each of them to get back on their feet and begin to rebuild their lives.
