Richard "RikoV" Noel

Richard "Riko V" Noel Jr. was loved so much by so many! On October 20, 2015 he was murdered by an act of violence that has shocked our family and the city. The reasoning behind the shock is that Riko V was far from what this society knows as a "thug." He was a music artist, a father, a son, a brother, an uncle, a friend, a GREAT PERSON, and most importantly he was a child of God.  He worked, made music, and loved his family. That was his life. We need donations to give him the home going celebration and burial that he deserves. Riko would have given the shirt off his back for anyone if he had it. Right now his family is hurting in ways unimaginable and we are reaching out to you for help. Please! No amount is too small. The proceeds will go strictly to Riko's Parent to help fund everything as well as the reward solving this painful mystery.  God bless you all. We thank you all for your support.
