Help Rebuild The Neyphug Monastery

Donation protected
Whilst filming in Bhutan earlier this year, I managed to explore the beautiful unspoiled country on my downtime.

One of the most memorable days was visiting the Neyphug (Heyphug) Monastery & School. Neyphug is a charitable organization that supports a monk community with a 450-year Buddhist history in the Kingdom of Bhutan.

Perched very high up on the Himalayan Mountains near Paro, and is home to over 60 underprivileged and orphaned boys.

I was awestruck by the founder of the school Neyphug Trulku Rinpouche. His wisdom radiated and he has created a wonderful happy place where he is teaching these boys some of the key ingredients to a happy and successful life.

Unfortunately the monastery was severly hit by an earthquake. The conditions are so bad the boys cannot stay in the building. They are now restoring this historic site back to it's original glory.

Without any expectations before visiting, I was so blown away and inspired by this magical place that I would like to help raise awareness and funds for the reconstruction.

They are still a long way off and could use some support. It is my mission alongside many others in Bhutan to help restore the Neyphug Monastery.

Thank you for making me want to be a better person.

3 high priority projects:
Rebuilding the dormitory for 60 children;
Restoring the 450-year old paintings and artifacts; and
Restoring the building structures of the main Temple built in 1550
