Corbin was diagnosed with APML leukemia on Oct. 10, 2009 at the age of 14. He was in and out of the hospital undergoing chemo until July of 2010 and on a maintenance program until Nov 19, 2012.
On Dec 26 2012 he was re diagnosed. It was decided that the best thing was
for him to have a bone marrow transplant, which he had on May 1, 2013.
Currently Corbin is in ICU at Lucille Packard Stanford due to several complications from the transplant.
Because of the length of stay in Palo Alto, Corb's friends have come together to establish the Team Corbin Trust Fund at F&M Bank in Turlock.
