On June 17, 2017, Chris Freda suffered a severe neck injury while representing the NYPD in its annual charity rugby match against the FDNY. While his insurance covered some of the cost, Chris was left with a staggering out of pocket cost. All donations will go directly to Chris to help him pay off his bills.
