There is a veteran who retrofts these UTV's with ramps and hand controls but it is not a cheep endevour. Part of SOAR's mission is provide individuals with physical disabilities accessible equipment and the opportunity to participate in outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, hiking, hunting, four wheeling, bicycling, and more.
