New Honbu Dojo Mats

As most of you know, the Genbu-Kai Dojo on Bristol Street in Santa Ana needed to relocate after 48 years. It took an additional 2 years, but we have found a new location to proudly call our permanent Honbu Dojo.
Here is the next challenge that we face: the tatami mats that have been trained on every day are just as old as the original Dojo was. Now, it is time to start fresh in our new Dojo with new mats.
The training space is about 900ft2—slightly larger than the building on Bristol was. We’re asking for donations to cover the cost of mats that will last for hopefully the next 50 years. No gift is too small, and every donation brings us one step closer to having our new Genbu-Kai Honbu Dojo open its doors.
