Justice for Emmanuel

My brother Emmanuel DeJesus Aka Manny lost his life due to a hit and run on April 23rd, 2017 on Sunday night around 10:00pm between Gaskins Rd and Patterson Ave in the west end of Henrico, Va. He was struck from behind by an unknown driver/vehicle that fled the scene. We demand justice and for the person to come forth and accept responsibility for taking Emmanuels life in order for us to have closure. Gone too soon...Emmanuel was turning 25 he did not deserve this. He was working on getting his car back on the road for his upcoming birthday on May 23rd. Anyone who knew Emmanuel knew he had a heart of gold, his soul was pure and he did not deserve this untimeley tragedy. It's such a tragedy that his life was cut short. At this point anything helps.
