Help send me back to Uganda

Donation protected
Hey friends! Wow, I started fundrasing for Uganda about a year ago, and I thought that I would be going back this past summer, but the Lord had different plans for me. After settling into college, I began praying about when I would go back to Uganda with CLD. We have a faithful God because He answered and told me I would be going back to Uganda this coming summer for 8 weeks!! I am so pumped. I can't wait to go back and see the friends that I made and continue to grow in those friendships.

I know it's a lot to ask, but I need to raise $4,500 to get back to Uganda this coming summer. As of right now, it says that I have only rasied $822, but I have been working my tail off to make this happen. And because I have heard from the Lord about it, I am confident that I will find the financial support in this. I understand that asking for finanicial support could be a lot, so if you want to pray over my trip and my heart for this country to support me that would be incredible. I know that regardless of what happens, God is going to provide for me.

The money that you will be contributing, will go to my plane ticket which is about $1,800 , but then the other $2,700 will go to Come, Let's Dance and from there, they decide what project needs the money. CLD has four major projects that your money will be supporting: the farm, the clinic, Thread of Life, and WCIA.

The double portion farm is Ugandans learning how to farm God's way.  A majority of young men come to the farm for vocational school and learn how to farm this way so that they can get jobs and provide for their community.

The clinic is based at the school and it is mainly used by the students who attend Wakiso Christan International Academy (WCIA), but the community that surrounds the school also has access to medical treatments here.

Thread of Life (TOL), is based out of the Katanga slums, where over 10,000 people are living on top of one another in a 1 mile square radius. TOL is empowering moms to learn how to sew and save up their money so that they are able to provide for their families.

Wakiso Christan International Academy (WCIA) is a primary school (they just started a secondary school, high school, this past year). This school is teaching students all of the core classes we learn here in America, plus teaching them English.

I am so excited to be able to share this experience with you, and I am more than happy to answer any questions you have, or just talk about my past experience/future excitment! You can contact me through email at [email redacted] or call/text me at [phone redacted]. I also have a blog that is up and running and you can read about my 3 weeks in Uganda a few summers ago at http://frolickinginfreedom.blogspot.com

Thank you so much for your prayers and support,
Sara
