Stand with TB

On May 1st, 2017 I filed for divorce. Since then I have tried to remain positive throughout this difficult process while encouraging other who may be going through their own difficulties. On November 15th, after being deposed for several hours I was served with a new lawsuit for defamation seeking damages in the amount of $500,000.

This lawsuit is not just an attempt to silence me but is an attempt to cast doubt on the truthfulness of what I share with the people who follow my journey, it is also a way to further deplete my limited financial resources.  I'm a believer in being empowered by your life's story rather than shamed by it which is why I try to encourage others to "live out loud" and without fear through my blog posts (Read the Latest Post ).

Words cannot describe the level of  embarrassment and vulnerability I feel writing this but I came across this quote today:  "Be strong enough to stand alone, smart enough to know when you need help, and brave enough to ask for it."  ~Anonymous
