On the 1st of March 2017 I will start walking... From Perth to Albany... 1.000 KM... Alone...
WHY?
8 years ago, at the age of 44, my DAD almost died of BRAIN ANEURYSM. He survived. His mental health is comparable to 5yo who loves to watch cartoons and that is his life. He wants to come and visit me in Australia so badly, but he cant. Are you asking WHY???. Because no insurance company will cover his health. So he is suppose to stay at home and "WAIT FOR DEATH".
STEP 1 : So I have decided to walk, to raise money. To fulfill his dream. So he can come all the way from Slovakia. I will keep that money only for the time he will be on his way here and during his stay in Australia what will be for a month approx.
STEP 2 : I will give raised money to 2 organisations. First one will be Slovakian pet shelter - in Zilina - called Zilinsky utulok (http://www.utulok-zilina.sk/) , single mum is running this shelter from her own money and from some donations. What a strong woman. Second part will go to organisation called WIRES - Australian wildlife rescue (http://www.wires.org.au/)
STEP 3: Rest of raised money will go to people in need, either families, kids, organisations, businesses. You will choose. Once you donate - please send me an email - [email redacted] ( with a short story) - who should receive that money or any other help (food, clothes, whatever...). Together, we will choose 20 stories (possibly more than 20), I will publish them and those people, organisations, kids, animals, will get that help.
Why am I doing all this? Because all I want is just my DAD to come. I dont need that money, nor my DAD, I just need your help please.
All that money will go to people who need it the most.
