Christopher Rush Memorial Fund
I am Jeff Ferreira , friend and agent of Christopher Rush. We lost Christopher far too soon and unexpectedly and I have been asked by many how they can help or donate. He had the best fans and friends and loved you all.
Christopher is survived by his 2 daughters Sierra Troi Rush and Madeline Rush. Any left over funds after memorial arangements will go to these 2 girls.
We will be planning a memorial in the next couple of weeks and I will keep everyone updated.
Christopher Rush was my friend, he was so many things to so many people. A Father, a Brother, a Son, a man of legendary talent that was taken far too soon from all of us including his fans. HE LOVED ALL OF YOU!!! Not just words, he really did.
Thank you in advance and everytime you tap a Mana think of Christopher Rush. I have asked him in the past... How does it feel to be an Icon to the fans of his art and his answer was... "its pretty cool"
Do we yet know when the memorial will be? WotC/Wizards started in my basement and many of our original artists remember that house on the hill over looking the Kent valley where we had many a BBQ. I miss those days and those people. Love to Christopher and his friends, fans and family!
Dear Rush family I was deeply saddened by the passing of Christopher. I started playing magic in the beta era and got to enjoy a lot of Christopher's art that he shared with us all, he not only shown us to appreciate art but every picture also told us another story, he will be deeply missed.
Sierra would like to have some kind of Memorial at a Seattle event. It does not have to be a GP. If you have any suggestions please message Sierra. Most of our family and friends are in Western Washington.
I can't thank you all enough. Christopher was working on getting money for both of his girls medical and dental needs at the time of his death. He would be immensely gratified by you all stepping in to help us take care of them as well as him. I cant think of any better way to say it--Thank you.
Looks like it is going like gangbusters...good tribute!
